Because of my experience as both a prosecuter and defense attorney, I have been on both sides of the law. I can offer you my vast knowledge of over 33 years of legal expirence. My goal as your attorney is to provide you with the best possible service and information as you navigate your way through the legal process. I have extensive experience in the following types of cases: drug offenses, sexual assaults, DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) hearings, post convictions for felony cases, and juvenile cases. Many times your cases can be referred to special courts and programs that will defer felony convictions or even cause them to be dismissed. These include drug court, MICAP (Mental Illness Court Alternative Program), second chance programs, TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities), and special circumstances probation. Once your case is concluded, you may be eligible immediately or in the near future to have your criminal record sealed or expunged.

Our Locations
Special needs may arrise where I may need to meet with my clients in various locations throughout the Chicago area. Most of the time, I meet with my clients in my main office which is located in Oakbrook Terrace. I can also meet with clients in my Naperville office as well as issues arrise.
